ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a customer service team member with Alexis Vega State Farm agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people will make you a good fit for my agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the customers you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Communication and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Previous customer service experience.
Insurance Licenses encouraged but not required (Property, Casualty, Life & Health)

Compensación: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
